You may return an item if:
- It’s not a final sale, undergarment, or skincare product (for hygiene reasons).
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags.
How to return:

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with return steps and the address.
Return shipping:
- You pay for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.
- Use a trackable service to ensure we receive your item safely.
After we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the item and email you with an update.

If your return is approved:
- We’ll refund your money to your original payment method.
- It usually takes 7β14 business days after approval.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- It’s missing parts or packaging.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different item:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
