All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days after payment is verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

📦 Shipping Options & Rates

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts).
For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 8–15 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
You can also track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s site using your tracking number.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@faveluxe.store.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Fave Luxe LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📭 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark deliveries early.

  3. If still missing, contact orders@faveluxe.store, and we’ll do our best to assist.
