Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any visible damage.

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Beauty, skincare, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Intimate wear and swimwear

⚠️ No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after delivery for items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact our support team at orders@faveluxe.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take a few days to appear depending on your financial institution.

  • If your return doesn’t meet our policy requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us at orders@faveluxe.store. We’ll help you arrange an exchange or guide you through placing a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product received

We will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
